Transdev Australasia - Group Manager, Talent and Diversity & Inclusion

Donna joined Transdev Australasia as Group Manger, Talent and Diversity & Inclusion in October 2016. Her role is accountable for the design and implementation of the Diversity & Inclusion strategic framework as well as the overall talent blueprint.

Donna’s twenty year career in recruitment and human resources has spanned a diverse range of industries including supply chain & logistics, oil & gas, and information technology. She previously held the position of Group Manager, Asciano Careers with Asciano, and before that Resourcing Manager with Origin Energy.

In her time as a talent management professional, Donna has developed and implemented numerous strategies to diversify conventionally male dominated industries. Her extensive work in attracting and recruiting a more diverse workforce at Asciano exceeded gender diversity targets by nearly 5%. Donna’s experience has allowed her to develop strategic development disciplines including succession planning; top talent mapping; large scale program management; recruitment model design as well as diversity and inclusion leadership programs.

Donna’s remarkable talent management and collaborative leadership skills, her innovative and strategic intellect, as well as her ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders make her an asset to the Transdev team. Donna is also acting as the Male Champions of Change Implementation Leader for Transdev – developing and implementing strategic D&I initiates.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Sciences from North Carolina State University.
